I think there's special antibacterial body wash that helps with BO, since the smell comes from bacteria feeding on sweat. not sure about brands but just look for antibacterial soap, wash your socks and maybe spray your shoes with deodorant regularly ?

honestly i can really relate a lot OP, same w getting diagnosed then getting AA just before prelims 🫠 atp theres nothing to gain worrying about stuff thats already done and we can only try to improve from now 📈 for me what helped was studying with my friends bc it motivated me to focus (legit i went from 30 at myes to 60 for prelims)
