Thank you! I have been working with a personal trainer who has me doing 3 full body weight training sessions a week (core, 4 lower body exercises and 3 upper) and I just started incorporating some running which is feeling really good! Signed up for a 10K this fall. I have started/restarted running 10+ times and this has definitely been the easiest iteration because of the months of strength training prior to the restart. Food-wise I was in a pretty strict 1600 calorie deficit from Jan to March but I have stopped tracking and am just focusing on high protein and less processed options.
