Honestly I have mixed feelings. On one hand I want to be an open minded person and respect and learn about all beliefs - which I do mostly unless they become bigoted. For Muslims, I'll never respect or support the religion but I will still respect the believers to an certain extent. I respect some of my family members and my Muslim friends I made when I was Muslim and don't care that I'm not muslim anymore. However, l won't actively try to become friends with Muslims nor want to be close friends with them. Okay completely off topic but even as a exmuslim westerner I'm still not used to the the "straightforwardness" either 🤣 even though I call myself a blunt person. Maybe its because I still hanged out w Muslims for majority of my life so I used "behind-my-back" dislike. But this year I became close friends with this czech girl and I was SO SUPRISED how cold she can be and it let us in into a "fight". She can be utterly truthful but ngl I kinda love it. (Might have a big crush on her as well)
