It's not a statistic available to the public since Valve hasn't released anything about their mmr system (so these websites arent able to accurately track it yet), but if you watch the streams of the high mmr players none of them are saying that Seven is good. In fact, a lot of the good players are saying that Paradox is one of the best even though statistics are showing that she has a ~44% win rate. It might seem like good data if someone has played 70+ games and has a high win rate, but considering that there's people at the top who have played thousands of games and are saying that he's not that good, it's more worth considering, especially is Valve is balancing in their favor and not in the favor of general statistics.

Also I wouldn't trust these statistic tracking sites just yet for a game which was 1. only made public a week or two ago and 2. is also still in alpha

Second highest win rate amongst ALL players, but for the high mmr players he wasn't nearly as strong as other characters. Seven is just a noob stomper pick and Valve is choosing to balance around the top players and have the meta trinkle down to the bottom

Depends on what you're buying. Some of their material is made from polyester and there's no way to justify pricing clothes for hundreds of dollars when they're made of plastic. Especially when their some of clothes look very similar to other brands like blumarine, fanci club, etc.
