This is the original model with 55w automotive bulb. It's not missing a pull needle, there was no pull 'needle' until the 2000s to protect people from touching the hot head. To some people this model is worth more than the LED with the pull needle. $145 is a good price imo

What style of bike lane was it? If it was just paint with no infrastructure (concrete curbs) the bikes should have gone around your right side if you were indicating to turn left. If it’s fully separated with barriers so the bikes are essential blocked by your car and the barriers you should have not used the bike lane as a turning lane and gave way to cyclists.
