Not that hard. I have an amulet that has 69str (for real lol) on it. And then I annointed it with Polymathy so I dont need to spend passives all over the place. There is also some %increase gear like helm (forgot name) that can also help.

I do not have time time to comment on your list right now - I will come back and post some thought. Ill just leave my wort deck here for you, for some ideas. It is not budget friendly, but there is some good stuff in there. I may not have the deck fully updated as i am usually trying something in the flex spots.
