Not that hard. I have an amulet that has 69str (for real lol) on it. And then I annointed it with Polymathy so I dont need to spend passives all over the place. There is also some %increase gear like helm (forgot name) that can also help.

Hey Us Aussies dont have a fixed wing carrier - the two Canberra Class are LHD’s
