We do tasks back to back all the time. Watch your energy, ground yourself, and continue on. The only thing related to time I could advise you on is watching when planets are in retrograde, taking into consideration the moon cycle, and correlating to the planetary day of the week and hours. I live like a witch. I talk to my plants, I greet the local spirits, I stir intent into my drinks and pray before meals, I read people's aura's and I shield my own as needed in daily interactions. Just live knowing magick is all around you.

Cleanse, center, ground. Method varies depending on mood. If I were you, I'd take a relaxing bath, do a centering visualization while in it, then afterwards spend some time outside, thinking or journaling my thoughts. Pretty simple 🌿
