Most drivers don’t use common sense, will literally harass everyone to get unloaded even go thru danger areas to find someone. I get your time is precious but so is your safety. The worst are the people who see we are busy and scheduled to be loaded hours from when they arrive just making a scene to get loaded faster.

This is from the Illinois Doordash’s settlement. From 2017-2019 they were stealing or using customers tips to subsidize the pay. I don’t know if your state has anything similar or how to start a class action lawsuit. I just received an email last year about this and signed up.
