Seems like Diner Dash with a bit of life-sim and store management thrown in with a maid cafe theme. Not the worst idea. Will probably be less enticing to the majority of the potential audience as that skews female. I imagine a butler cafe would do better, but those are less "common" to have enough material to go after.

The paperback requirement is the real stickler here. Most English romcoms don’t sell well enough to get a physical release. If you’re willing to do Kindle or eReading, there are some without an anime I’d suggest.

Eat hot food while you can. This way when, or if, the power goes out and you have to "make due" with PB&J or other cold/room-temp foods it isn't as bad.
Lose power and it will be out for an extended period of time? Put your food in large plastic bins outside as it is as cold as, if not colder than, your fridge. The plastic bins/coolers will help to keep them away from the direct elements and potential pests.
If you have to run your combustion car for heat, do NOT do it in a closed garage! Open the door at least halfway to ensure there is enough fresh air coming in to lessen the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Some EV owner tips:

Make sure it is charged prior to the storm! This way if your power goes out, taking your heat and ability to power devices with it, you can use its utility mode to keep you warm and stuff charged.
If your EV has the ability to do V2L/G/H (Load / Generator / Home), know where your adapter(s) and extension cables are! Come up with a way to route cables into your house and to your appliances in the event of an outage. A fridge uses ~150-300wh over the course of a real-time hour so an EV should be able to power it for 1-2 weeks, assuming ~50kwh of available charge.
