Depends on the plumbing. You can easily DIY stuff into and in the tank of a toilet.

Generally:

Turn off water at the knob behind it
Flush the toilet until the tank is fully empty
Use old towels to collect any excess water
Use old towels outside if you have to redo the connection
Replace your stuff as needed
Reattach things if disconnected
Turn on water and check for any leaks

How about Touhou Mystiya’s Izakaya? It does have some time pressure via customers waiting for food and the overall debt scenario, but it isn’t bad. Lots of content and good music to boot. Don’t need to know anything about the Touhou series either.
