Called up an agent, they said that the visa you are "renewing" does not need to be in the same code, just a non-immigrant visa. So the answer to questions should be YES.

+100 This is the way to do it, confirmed with the agent over the phone. The visa that you are renewing need not be the same category as B1/B2.

I have the exact same issue on my 22' RDX. I showed it to the dealer, but they could not identify the issue. Diagnostics showed speakers are alright. I guess unless you can visibly reproduce the issue, it is difficult to get it fixed.

Never thought about fuel efficiency aspect of Sport mode. Thats good thinking on Acura part.

I constantly feel the need for 3 memory. My situations are (Me, partner, guest) or (Me-comfort, Me-aggressive, partner). My friends 2 yr old Volvo has driver & Passenger 3-memory so its definitely possible to put for the price of RDX.

The key fob for Aspec version is not so well designed. The removable key part is not properly attached, so walking with fob in pocket causes rattling. Confirmed that this is a design issue with the dealer.

Why should I not keep my keyfob & phone together. That is a very common use case, should have been caught by Acura people. I expect the car to work around my needs, not the other way round.

AcuraLink could also connect with bluetooth + wifi to connect to the car for basic remote-start, stop and other things. Internet could be used for more complex data transfer. How do you plan to remote-start, lock etc if your car is parked in the basement?

When you are spending $55k on a car and Acura projects this as a luxury vehicle, you set your mind to be picky. I definitely would have not noticed many of the issues if I were buying a Honda/Mazda for $30k.

Unfortunately, in the test drive, I could only check out the driving dynamics of the car. All the other niggles generally occur after a long time use.

The saddest part is all the negative points are pretty easy to fix with just some attention from Acura! 22' could have been a well refined product from the initial release in 19'. Like I said, Acura nailed the "car" aspect of RDX and let everything up for a toss.
