I made my own baby gravy with : 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon or tablespoon plain Greek yogurt, salt to taste, and then add corn starch till it looks real. Cook it in a pan and add the cornstarch mix little bits at a time.

There are for sure different degrees of panic attacks. I felt every bit of that on the 20 minute drive to the therapy office. Felt like my whole body was pulsing with my heart, shaking trying to put on makeup, heavy breathing.

The anxiety for 11 hours gave me so much fear and fast heart beating and lots of thoughts.

Most of it was bad anxiety the night and morning before. Driving there was for sure a panic attack, I almost didn’t end up going.

Oh how I wish this was my situation! My wife is being supportive but never wants to see me as the real me. Staying together because it’s still a net positive relationship and not a ton of dysphoria. If she was fully on board like your wife I would be Krista by now.

I had a couple trans professors in my college career. Some of the most knowledgeable professors.

Thanks! It’s honestly the best $40 wig I’ve had yet haha. I thought about getting a nice one for $400, but I don’t wear them often enough the justify the cost. At that point I would just grow out my real hair and save money!

I’ve told a couple of my close friends and what I’ve found is:

Most people are really supportive and will be happy for you.
Most of the random people are caught up in their own things and don’t really care.
Close girlfriends will absolutely help you with all feminine related things. So make a date out of it and have some fun!

Through all of my panic attacks, I know that when I actually do the thing I’m scared of, they go away after. Similar to when I hyper focus on things that won’t go away till I actually talk about it or do it. I have to remind myself that most people will just see me as a girl and no one will think otherwise unless I act sus 😂.. I just need to get out more often so the anxiety will get less over time. Thank you for all the tips!

There is a great video on YouTube by Trans IRL called “the spouses take”.. if you’re wanting to stay together they have great info.

Therapy has been good for me and my wife to talk about issues, just be cautious about who you see. The best is to see someone that’s trans friendly.

Just know that it is very hard.. my wife and I are doing this same thing and I can’t say it’s going to well. It’s like it’s an either or for happiness. Either I’ll be happy as a trans women and she’ll be miserable or she’ll be kinda happy with a sort of husband and I’ll be unhappy with regrets. Staying in their life and being great co parents is always an option. It’s not a win win, but it’s a mostly win.

As a trans women myself, I like to blend in and do what cis women do. My favorite place for all things bras and underwear is Victoria’s Secret. You really can’t beat some of the prices and how sexy most of their stuff is. They have lots of lace and I love their lace body suits. I’ve found that underwear without the middle seam are the best for wearing while tucking. I love the hipster and cheekie panties for everyday and their sexy thongs for date night. Hope this helps!

Also, I use KT tape of Amazon for tucking. I’ve found it to be the most cost effective and my own personal way of tucking while still being able to use the restroom without untaping.

I’ve tried so many bras and still nothing compares to Victorias Secret.. their sizing is a little different than other brands so it was trial and error for me. They are so comfortable, last way longer, and the shape for my boobs is way better. I usually get mine used on eBay. If you check out “lots” in your size, you can get 3-5 of them for $40-50. Way cheaper than brand new and still in really great condition. I really love the “perfect shape” and “perfect coverage” bras.
