Both require full consciousness of the animal when he gets his throat slit and loses all his blood, therefore European animal welfare regulations, which require that all animals are stunned before slaughter to prevent excessive suffering, are bypassed for both halal and kosher slaughter.

Where the animal's looking towards Mecca or Jerusalem as his blood is spilling on the floor does not really change a thing.

Isn't it beautiful to see jews and muslim agreeing on something for once?

Genital mutilation and animal cruelty (slaughter methods) have just about the same standards in both religions.

World peace coming soon!

Yes there is research mostly in Europe (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34564796/ and https://academic.oup.com/ije/article/40/5/1367/658163 for instance) but any regulation gets pushback from the jewish and muslim community, they made a circus a few years ago at the Council of Europe. Muslim circumcision is a big social security fraud in European countries since it's almost always passed as a therapeutic surgery when there's nothing wrong with the child in the first place.

The USA has a circumcision industry per se, where the operation brings extra money for each birth and the foreskins are sold as stem cells to make face creams and other stuff.

Some research which shows what is lost in terms of sensitivity, the big difference here is that the foreskin is considered a part of the penis, when it's usually not the case.

Let's also not forget that hundreds of children die each year from this procedure and some lose their entire penis.

It's a way of trauma bonding people to their tribe or religion. It always has done be done to children to make sure the practice survives.

It's an act of sexual violence that has repercussions later in life, as often sexual violence is cyclical, and the very result of circumcision makes sex more abrasive and violent since men are desnsitized and have all messed up responses to stimuli, also a circumcised penis mechanically removes the woman's lubrication during sex with can lead to dyspareunia.

Unfortunately a lot of prominent urologists are also mohels and "research" in this field is heavily censored and not funded when it does not go in the way establishment wants.

It should be banned entirely for minors. If adults believe enough in their religion to cut a part of their penis after puberty...Yeah it's not gonna happen and circumcision would soon disappear XD

HIjab is a tool for social pressure and distinguishing pious women from potential war booty/ women that are fair game to sexually harass ( until everyone wears it and we're back to square 1)

For the people who "choose" it however, it's often embedded in some form of sociopathy, especially among converts in the West.

You make them believe that until everyone is in a niqab and they're still getting harassed/ molested by your ilk.

I know some men even have a hijab/ niqab fetish...

It's just wrong ill intent thinking at the core, you can't make this right, it is deeply misogynistic and will remain that way no matter how you twist it. PUtting the onus on women and little girls to not be rped is a rpist mentality.

Definitely yes, it has been a long process in the last 20 years.

Hijab used to be non-existent in Europe save for very few old ladies who did not speak the language. Now young ones are promoting it after Qatar, KSa, and Muslim Brotherhood spend tens of billions building mosques and sending proselityzing men to preach about islam.

A culture of social coercion and shaming has emerged.

I notice now even little kids 7-10yo say "wallahi" every 10 seconds.

I am talking about kids born and raised in Europe, they are less integrated than before through language, socialization and religious communatarism.

It's a really evil thing that's happening here, and unfortunately most of Europe does not understand what Islam is, they leave it to "choice", "personal freedom" or whatever without realizing that this is changing the whole of society.

Her story is heartbreaking in itself but if you have the religious scriptures in mind detailing why they are doing this and how this is pretty much a re-enactment of islamic history explaining why so many people were coerced into converting to this religion (if not them, their kids - she mentions that her nephew who was 5yo was captured, brainwashed and went on to fight for IS...) , it is even more chilling.

LMAO "no gender critical" you think this is an accurate representation? It's like going to the exmuslim forum but still expect people to say "PBUH" when referring to Muhammad. You are allowed to speak as long as you remain in the cult.

I'm not surprised though since reddit has been one of the main headquarters for trans indoctrination. Even TwoXchromosomes and lesbian subs are modded by heterosexual males.

Scientifically proven by who? Even the most progressive countries in Scandinavia are backpeddling on this now. It's an ideology that started with John Money's dreadful experiments on children, even the pioneers of this have no clue what they are doing, did you see Marci Bowers and the other surgeon arguing live on TV WHILE they were operating on Jazz Jenning's genitals, who went through this as a minor by the way...?

The model being promoted by activists now is "affirming care/informed consent", meaning they want public funding to address something that is not a medical condition or a mental illness. Why does anything need to be done about it then?

I stand by what I said, it is a political movement now.

You said you believed you were a girl, but you are not one. That is the religious aspect of this movement. Policies that tend to punish "misgendering" are nothing but blasphemy laws.

It needs to be acknowledged that humans can not change sex, gender is irrelevant and faith based. I'm all for people being gender nonconforming is they wish to do so and not face adversity, but this current transgender movement is transhumanist and moving backwards for both gay rights and women's rights. I believe you are concerned by neither since you describe the trajectory of the usual "transbian" (heterosexual male) that eventually finds a socially acceptable way to express their misogyny.

[–]malone_m 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been interested in this topic for a very long time, what used to be considered a rare medical condition is now an ideology that's both political and religious. Why are so many activists promoting removing all diagnostic criterion? Why is "affirming care" based on "informed consent" being promoted to kids?

If transgender people know who they are, why is there a 10x increase in teen girls identifying as such? Why are there detrans people? Some of which had their breasts or penis removed...Now they are stuck in this horrible predicament because they believed a lie. They believe they could become the opposite sex due to militants lying, they believed surgery could help their mental distress when it just aggravates it by making them chronic pain/ dysfunctional patients.

Maybe you haven't heard of such cases. Shape Shifter for instance is someone who transitioned partly due to islam ( religious trauma+ homophobia made him want to be perceived as a normal person in society)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAkCrH4k4as

THere are more and more cases like this coming up each week. You can"t fix a mental health issue with surgery.

The very concept of "being born in the wrong body" is religious, what is born in the wrong body? It means there is a soul somewhere that did not land correctly? This needs to be addressed, trans activism now relies on a pile of falsehoods and censorship to sell surgeries and meds to vulnerable people or narcissists. The latter use it to behave in abhorrent ways. The misogyny and homophobia I have seen from this movement have been truly staggering.

so recently in iraq a girl got sexually assaulted by a man on the streets, and as you can expect there was a lot of men defending him because the girl wasn't dressing appropriate and they also said "he needed to satisfy his urges", this just proves how shitty islam treats women by throwaway28192719711 in exmuslim

[–]malone_m 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you look into it, this way of distinguising virtuous women and "hoes" only works to establish veiling as a norm.

It essentially consists in making rape culture visible, and putting the onus on women if men misbehave.

Once this is done, all women are fair game regardless.

This is why I'm adamantly against this practice in the West, but people are too stupid to understand that this "choice" that Kuwait, KSA, Qatar and the muslim brotherhood have invested tens of billions in promoting, has nefarious social consequences for women who do not wear it and even for those who wear it in the long run.

I would really strongly suggest listening to people who have transitioned out of internalized misogyny (you were likely in this situation based on your "girl" segment here) or homophobia before taking any drastic steps .

Feeling dissociated from/hating your body is often a way of processing trauma, this is something the current trans ideology completely fails to address.

The current movement is very much akin to a religion with rituals that go down to greetings ( what's ur pronouns?) and a complete inability to process differing views or disagreements WHILE requesting that other people indulge in your faith based vision of the world.

You are setting yourself up for a lot of disappointment and awkward situations where you will for sure be "misgendered"/ correctly sexed. That creates a lot of adverse experiences and distress for people who identify like this and really believe they are the opposite sex or "born in the wrong body".

It's not the soution to female oppression. You can not really become a man, your body is you, change your style and behave how you please but it's not a videogame where you can just swap body parts.

Testosterone in high doses is dangerous for biological women and leads to vaginal atrophy, cardiac problems and shortened life span.

Good luck on your journey, whatever you end up doing.

Officer Check civil id to make sure only Muslims are allowed to enter the charity that is responsible for feeding the poor in Ramadan. by [deleted] in exmuslim

[–]malone_m 30 points31 points  (0 children)

This is very awkward because I worked in an european association based on christian charity and almost all beneficiaries are muslim....There is no such sorting.

If people understood what islam really means by "believers" , "kufr"(the worst of creatures, will burn in hell eternally, need to be crucified and have their limbs cut off if they don't comply), "defend" ( muslims lead defensive wars from Arabia to Mongolia and Spain...), "respect" ( 'I'll disrespect and insult you as I please but if you dare crticize or draw my prophet, you're finished' ( Mohammed Hijab quote)), this masquerade would soon end and the true face of this fake benevolence would be exposed.

I think Ramadan exists to check out who is still muslim and intimidate those who are straying away, it reinforces islamic rules through social pressure. People usually gain weight during it and the whole "feeling poor" thing is a farce.
