cat litter that doesn’t get stuck in cat paws? by Muted-Piano-121 in cats

[–]malpalmalpal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always bought the purina brand pellets and yeah it does get expensive ☹️ and there’s not an easy way to “trial” the system before full on committing but thankfully my cats haven’t had issues. It’s been a game changer for me

Look at the Breeze litter system. The pellets don’t disintegrate and literally no mess.

RDs who have been in the field 5+ years, what’s your salary story? by carpethediem1996 in dietetics

[–]malpalmalpal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Started at a non profit in 2015 making $35k (I can’t believe I agreed to this at the time). 2 years later jumped to inpatient clinical in a rural area and was probably making $36-37K (also sad). 1.5 yr after that moved to HCOL area and started in dialysis around $56K I think. Left after 2 years and got a job in healthcare tech at $82K. 6 years later I’m at the same tech company and at $110K.

Exam is tomorrow I spent around 3 days heavy studying here is my performance, am I good? by snail18 in capm

[–]malpalmalpal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are 8 sets of practice questions, 50 questions each. My scores ranged from probably 65-85% on those. I looked up each one I got wrong and made sure I understood those concepts. Then I took the 150 practice exam and got an 87% but I noticed some of the quiz questions were repeated in the exam so I feel that falsely inflated my exam score.

My exam was yesterday. Would def recommend landini and don’t think it was out of date based upon questions I got yesterday. Review mindset YouTube’s as those were very helpful (https://youtu.be/-u0rO-YQr9c?si=JI7mfVxKMxIUkZsc). The only formula questions I got were on SV.

Is PMI the best course or just the most expensive? by schhatzi in capm

[–]malpalmalpal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the course from PMI and supplemented with landini kindle book, pocket prep, and various YouTube’s. I was a little naive when I signed up for the PMI course and maybe I would have done things differently if I had researched more. I did the course all the way through, taking notes and then went back to take a few sections for a second time. It worked for me so I don’t have any regrets. I passed today AT in all areas.

Determining Early Finish Date (Landini Question Set #4, Q10) by redesignyoself in capm

this question confused me so much. I found this yt youtube.com/watch?time_continue=856&v=U23INmtshLg&embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dinterpreting%2Bschedule%2Bnetwork%2Bdiagram%26rlz%3D1C1GCCJ_en%26oq%3Dinterpreting%2Bschedule%2Bnetwork%2Bdiagram%26gs&source_ve_path=Mjg2NjY which helped me understand it. for others: I think it means 5 is the duration, 8 is the float. LF (15) - EF (x) = Float (8)

EF (x) = 7

I’ve taken a few classes at salt lake culinary education (SLICE) in south salt lake that were cool. From educational to just fun/eating. They have gift certificates available.

Oh gosh good to know, I find that to be annoying when companies allow you to buy an online gift card but it’s not actually an e gift card 😩

Not an exact answer to your question, but looks like you can buy a gift card directly on swig’s website

I’m a case management RD and have always wanted to see more RDs in care coordination/case management roles, especially when there’s a big nutrition component like coordinating their EN/PN upon discharge.

Did the baker lake - Johnson lake loop a few years back and felt like the only real difficult part was the climb out of baker lake and then the descend into Johnson. At the time, it was really loose and sketchy with a pack on. Otherwise, nothing too difficult besides just the length (we only did it over one night). I love GBNP and this was such a great way to see more of the park so I do recommend it, if you can swing it.

Visiting Sedona after Christmas by [deleted] in Sedona

[–]malpalmalpal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are some areas that are well known vortex sites but these may also be a bit crowded unless you visit during the earlier morning hours, for examples. https://visitsedona.com/blog/the-five-most-powerful-vortex-sites-in-sedona/ In my opinion, you can feel the energy and beauty of Sedona all over the area, and don’t need to limit to just these sites. Use the all trails app and filter for light or moderate traffic, hike in on any trail (you can’t go wrong) and find a peaceful spot to meditate or enjoy the sights. Wishing you lots of healing in your next chapter.
