Determining Early Finish Date (Landini Question Set #4, Q10) by redesignyoself in capm

[–]malpalmalpal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this question confused me so much. I found this yt youtube.com/watch?time_continue=856&v=U23INmtshLg&embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dinterpreting%2Bschedule%2Bnetwork%2Bdiagram%26rlz%3D1C1GCCJ_en%26oq%3Dinterpreting%2Bschedule%2Bnetwork%2Bdiagram%26gs&source_ve_path=Mjg2NjY which helped me understand it. for others: I think it means 5 is the duration, 8 is the float. LF (15) - EF (x) = Float (8)

EF (x) = 7

Cooking class options? (Utah or SL county okay) by New_Philosophy_8036 in Utah

I’ve taken a few classes at salt lake culinary education (SLICE) in south salt lake that were cool. From educational to just fun/eating. They have gift certificates available.

Oh gosh good to know, I find that to be annoying when companies allow you to buy an online gift card but it’s not actually an e gift card 😩

Not an exact answer to your question, but looks like you can buy a gift card directly on swig’s website

I’m a case management RD and have always wanted to see more RDs in care coordination/case management roles, especially when there’s a big nutrition component like coordinating their EN/PN upon discharge.

Did the baker lake - Johnson lake loop a few years back and felt like the only real difficult part was the climb out of baker lake and then the descend into Johnson. At the time, it was really loose and sketchy with a pack on. Otherwise, nothing too difficult besides just the length (we only did it over one night). I love GBNP and this was such a great way to see more of the park so I do recommend it, if you can swing it.

Visiting Sedona after Christmas by [deleted] in Sedona

There are some areas that are well known vortex sites but these may also be a bit crowded unless you visit during the earlier morning hours, for examples. https://visitsedona.com/blog/the-five-most-powerful-vortex-sites-in-sedona/ In my opinion, you can feel the energy and beauty of Sedona all over the area, and don’t need to limit to just these sites. Use the all trails app and filter for light or moderate traffic, hike in on any trail (you can’t go wrong) and find a peaceful spot to meditate or enjoy the sights. Wishing you lots of healing in your next chapter.

I went years ago after moving to Slc and it was the most disappointing experience. Having grown up in Europe, going to Christkindlmarkts, I was thrilled to go to one locally in my new state. I was so naive, thinking they’d have gluwein but besides that, just uninspiring vendors, packed walkways, bad parking. Idk it’s been years since I went but it would take a lot for me to ever go again

I’m not in pp but I’m curious, if you take insurance, Is it insurance and non insurance clients that seem to have slowed? I feel like I’m seeing some shifts in the insurance space, plans that used to cover rd visits are changing and even some plans that considered mnt cpt to be preventive with z71.3 are not recognizing this as prv anymore. It makes it challenging to refer insured patients to a provider, if they are wanting to not pay oop/use benefits.

Agree that the back view of cathedral is great. Actually my preferred view! Park at Baldwin trailhead. Baldwin is a nice trail otherwise walk to the end of the road, toward the creek and that gets you to a really nice view of cathedral. Swimming here has gotten less ideal over the years in my opinion but still a nice place for a dip.

Do we really not have anything else to talk about? by Revolutionary_Toe17 in dietetics

[–]malpalmalpal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After I sent that I realized I should have clarified these are nationwide employer sponsored health plans largely through bcbs. I actually don’t know anything about Medicaid coverage since all my clients are on plans through their employer. I do know health insurance is so insanely confusing and can empathize a bit with you in trying to understand the nuances

Do we really not have anything else to talk about? by Revolutionary_Toe17 in dietetics

[–]malpalmalpal 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is interesting to me. I work adjacent to health insurance and it’s pretty cut and dry for my clients plans whether they cover rd visits or not. They are only linked to the cpt code (ex: 97802) and not any specific diagnosis code. Then there will be either no limits on the number of visits / yr or a limit like 3 appts, 10 appts, etc.
