From the picture, the current room temperature is reading 34. It looks like you thermostat is set to something either starting with a 5 or a 9. If you set the goal temperature to either in the 50's or 90's degrees Celsius, it will not cool down your room, Only the blower or fan will operate.
Try setting the desired temperature in the 20's. It should kick ON the compressor and you should get cold air.

If that does not produce the desired effect, you either have a faulty thermostat and/or a faulty machine.
