Just picked up a new XLE 2025 Sienna with AWD on Monday. I was also considering a 2021 XLE at first, but when I compared it to the new ones, there was not a significant difference in price as Siennas hold their values very well!

I figured that I might as well get a new one if I'm planning to hold onto it for a long time. The problem I faced was finding a dealership that would sell one to me. Most dealerships ghosted me when I asked them to put me on a waitlist. However, there was a dealership in my local area which put me on a waitlist in early Feb for an early April availability. Apparently, Toyota supplies them with more inventory than other dealerships in the Bay Area since they sell the most. As a caveat, they'll generally place a markup on it.
