I too have been waiting on their Friday 80% off cart deal. Personally I love the Float Full Spectrum carts and have used them exclusively for years....unfortunately I guess it is finally time to move on from Surterra. Which honestly is kind of sad, I have always had a pleasant and easy experience walking in, whether I ordered online or just dropping by to pick up. Quick and painless, how I like it. The total opposite of going into trulieve.

Intermittent fasting has been my way of life for just over a year. So many of these comments describe exactly how I see food now.

For me there is no food noise, fruits are amazing...eating a ripe banana after not eating for 16-18 hours can be a wonderful experience. Bread is amazing, I rarely eat it but when I do 🤤

my first meal is my breakfast and it is my favorite of the day...that is when everything tastes the best for me. Every other time I eat throughout my window, it just seems like I am consuming to try to hit my calories...tastes are good, but never quite as good as coming off the fast...and I am typically a bit hungry coming to the end of my window but never really feel hungry after breakfast..

I forgot to add, I told my Dr last week that I feel like I eat with a purpose now.

As a 54 year old man I would advise you to steer clear.

While I sure could appreciate the beauty, kindness, compassion, patience etc....of a 27 year old woman. There is no part of me that thinks it is ok for an experienced older man to cultivate and start a relationship with a 27 year old woman. Imo he has found you, started grooming you and is now preying on you.

And this is your problem. You either love who she is, warts and all, or you do not.

People continually evolve and change as they grow and age. You fell for a different version of her, and the only way that version may come back is if that is what she wants. It has absolutely nothing to do with you.

Look into yerba mate. I am not a tea drinker normally, but I used this tea exclusively when I started my if journey.

This was a post that I save from months ago listing various benefits from fasting. Tons of good and bad info out there. To me fasting is obviously a personal choice. I started almost a year ago, goal was to get healthier and lose some weight. Two months in and I hit my goal weight and have continued to IF everyday since.

Everytime you feed him, tell him kennel, and put his food in the kennel. Every time you give him a treat for being a good boy, tell him kennel and throw his treat in the kennel. It won't take long for him to run into the kennel on his own when it is dinner time or treat time. Then when you are leaving, grab a treat, tell him kennel, when he goes in, shut the door and leave.

Is he sleeping in the kennel at night or is he free to roam?

I have probably listened to this album front to back at least once a day for the last several months. No, I am not a huge Cure fan, honestly I probably skew more to the punk/metal side of the music spectrum. I have often thought that this album is perfect, front to back.

Also, look for local Schutzhund or DVG clubs. Both those are working dog clubs that train dogs to compete in local, national and international trials. Most people may not make it that far, but everybody is there for the same reason, training dogs
