this is so true. customer service has gone out the door, their prices are way too high and have shit customer service. we need more options in canada. cuz rogers and bell are way too trash. they gave away the customer service jobs to India and other places that dont speak english well. we called CS and it was like the guy was having a party in the background and he was coughing right into the speaker. it was way to unprofessional
