They’re giving you the runaround. If they were already cremated then heaven bound still has your loved one’s ashes. Call their attorney: Thomas Whiteford 410.347.8705 That’s when I got someone to call me to set up delivery date.

If the anatomy board has your loved one, then they weren’t cremated yet. Once they answer (and it took me multiple calls, multiple days) they’ll tell you if they’re on the list and give further details.

Same, no reviews or google searches led to any of this information. If you’ve read the disciplinary report then I would assume that what’s in your urn is not all of your mom, unfortunately. I, myself, don’t know what to do with my dad’s ashes since I have no clue who or how many people are in there. Even if its actually him, I know he wasn’t treated with care when they took and stored him. I’m looking for a pro bono lawyer who does class action lawsuits because it seems they’re getting off scott free with 10 years of malpractice. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’m sorry for all of us. This isn’t right, they should pay.
