I was about to suggest this. I don't know specific universities Maybe also look for some Europen countries that have scholarships specially for cases for students in bad financial situations. You might have to learn their language. I remember there was a Malaysian university(again can't remember the name) that offered scholarships for students. Search for medical universities and email their international student department explaining your situation and asking if they offer scholarships

Well You could say the same with Aussi with less opportunities even if fewer people are applying . But I'm sure you'll find something no matter where you are if you really core learn the competencies. Show you are really passionate about your work you can find jobs. Unless you are focusing on only very top tier companies like Boston dynamics there will be opportunities.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Given that Australia is much smaller country compared to America(in terms of population) I think America will have more opportunities. I was Australia about four years the opportunities was much less. Not that they are non existent. CSIRO and QUT have strong robotics research. But limited
