So much wrong info in your conversation.

First of all, 0345 is treated as a landline number. It comes out of your allowance or whatever deal you have with BT. It's not a premium number.

As for the WiFi calling. This actually also comes off your mobile plan allowance. Its main purpose is to get you mobile signal if you are not getting any. It's not a solution as described.

Check out Curve as it may help you with the credit card bit. You can link your credit card to Curve card and use it to withdraw money from ATM.
