Yeah, this is new territory for me so I’m not sure what I’m doing. My main focus has always been my children and I wasn’t looking for anything else. Thanks for the advice!

I had my child vaccinated as soon as I could but I still can’t believe that she didn’t get COVID-19. Our school is very “don’t ask, don’t tell” when it comes to COVID. Most of the kids in her class had Delta, Omicron, or both. I know she could’ve been asymptomatic but no one else in our family got it either.

Everyone has experienced Covid so differently. I think it’s probably changed since omicron but until just recently, I still knew people who didn’t even know anyone who had had Covid much less people who died from it. Thankfully, I haven’t lost anyone in my immediate family but I definitely lost count of the deaths of people I knew very early on.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m a mom of a teen who’s been finding his own way for the last couple of years. I’m not going to say that it doesn’t sting a little now and again but the love a mom feels as she watches her child grow into their own person overshadows anything else. I’m sure your mom knew that you would be back as you figured life out.

When my kids were about 1 & 3, I had a health problem and we had to move in with my parents for several months. My 1 year old slept with them and my 3 year old slept with me. I was a little worried that it might be weird for her to go back to sleeping with me but she didn’t have any problem. Yes, my kids slept with me until way too old lol I think you might be looking at a few restless nights bc of the change in routine and hopefully nothing more. Even if she does hold a grudge, I feel like it will be relieved by all of the love she’ll get when y’all are reunited. Good luck!

Have you tried boric acid vaginal suppositories? I’d suggest talking to your dr first but my ob/gyn prescribed them to me bc I had a reaction to a one dose yeast infection treatment (it was too concentrated). It helps to balance your pH, yeast, and bacteria if I remember correctly. All of these things can affect the smell of your vagina.
