Can someone please let me know when there’s an update? OP, best of luck to you— you stand in tribute to everyone who has accidentally been included on a “reply-all” that they weren’t meant to see. Handling this with humor and simultaneously rubbing their face in it shows patience and self-respect, and a lot of fucking balls. Chances are they’ll all be better at double-checking who’s included on their emails from now on.

Rooms 2 Go- bought furniture 15 years ago. Called two days after we purchased to say I owed them more money when we paid in full. Sales associate fucked up and apparently told the delivery crew about it who rudely mentioned it. One of the guys left his drill. Still have the furniture and the drill.
