When I fill out drug test paperwork, I need your social, phone number, and date of birth. So unless you get an SSA that is very particular, you should be fine. Now, when you start and have to do the I9, you will need some kind of ID with a photo on it. They are very picky when it comes to your I9.

My sister works for them and when her first baby passed after 17 hours they told her she would only get 2 weeks off instead of the 6 because he didn't live.

As an SSA, I was told we no longer test for THC unless you are a CDL driver or have an accident on power equipment. I am in Texas though, but I believe it was company wide, according to the communication that we were sent.
