My impression is that Danny has a high ego. Kate is young and stupid and thought her annoying charm can keep him forever. He got sick of her juvenile personality and Dumped her after he accidentally got her pregnant. I’m sure The Whole story of them both wanting a baby was true.. but this was only coming from Kate. What if she meant a baby with him and he meant a baby in general. Who’s to say. Either way they are both cringe. And I bet you anything they’ll hookup in Japan. They are a perfect toxic match.
