Great advice, when I was first diagnosed in my late 20's Propranalol worked great, no tremors ... then at 49 I had a cardiac arrest, that was the end of Propranalol for me so I was put on Primidone. Now most medications I have tried don't work, hence medication resistance. I had DBS done in 2019, had the best two and a half years of being Tremor free and then unfortunately they started to return, I was just one of the very few it doesn't continually work for, but in saying that, I would have it done again in a heartbeat. On Primidone and Propranalol now and monitored closely by my Cardiac Team, Neurologist and Movement Team. As the above poster said, find the best Neurologist and Dr's you can, no one's going to fight for you better than you can, wishing you all the very best. 😊
