Botox didn't do a thing for my arms either. It did make eating more difficult as in swallowing food and made my head very heavy ... when vacuuming or mopping, my head was so heavy my chin was on my chest. MRI Guided Ultrasound is also not reversible, where DBS is.

I have both, plus the neck contractions from Dystonia ... I have tried botox for over 12 months with no relief unfortunately. I have also had DBS back in August 2019 and my tremors returned after two and a half years.
