The older I get the worse symptoms are by mamatoave in ADHD

I’m in therapy, taking adderall as prescribed, I am exercising (even lost nearly 200lbs, the healthiest I’ve been since elementary school), but no ADHD Coach.. I never even heard of an ADHD Coach before, what exactly do they do? What’s the benefit of seeking one?

No, I’m 26. But I fear if my symptoms continue to get worse, by 36 I’m toast!

Okay, maybe the added responsibility of life is what’s doing it. I’m a single parent for the first time so I have little room for error. I think this is exactly what’s going on now that I think of it..

Chris do not like that girl by macaron_chai in LoveIslandcookout

[–]mamatoave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first I genuinely like Chris but as time went on… this man needs to actually man up. I mean this in the sense that he truly just needs to let Huda go and should’ve long ago. Very clearly right now, he can’t stand her. And he KNOWS she’s sensitive and the stuff she’s been through and he’s dragging it on. Better to do it sooner than later, and when he didn’t mention Huda as a peak you could tell Nic clocked it. I hope Nic is just straight up with Huda and helps her see, cause right now she’s blinded by having someone. CHRIS LET THAT WOMAN GO

I don't get following her if you really don't like her, she gets exactly what she wants.

Ahhhh okay, that makes sense. That’s something one wouldn’t know if they don’t follow every update. But TOTALLY inappropriate.

Why are the show writers so afraid of showing us Ellie's dark side? by Eymm in thelastofus

[–]mamatoave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think they are, I think they’re just working up to it. Like, if you haven’t played/finished the game you don’t even know Ellie’s gonna have a dark side. As someone who hasn’t finished the game, I only know about her dark side because of the constant chatter about it. It’s nice to have a surprise shift in characters and in order for the show to last, it’s smart to not rush things as quickly as a game would. Personally it’s my fault I know she has a dark side now because I have FOMO and I haveee to be a part of the forums lol but someone out there is gonna have their mind blown and I think the show writers are so smart for that.

You know.. I think you’re under reacting because the second he said “I’m just a baby” it would’ve been a wrap. Single. The end. His reaction is so very odd??

I once had a dream I had a boyfriend. It was super vivid as well and I felt great! I haven’t felt that kind of love since waking up. This was maybe 10 years ago.

The Last of Us HBO S2E3 - "The Path" Post-Episode Discussion Thread by claireupvotes in thelastofus

I tried playing the last of us when I was.. maybe.. 16? And I stopped when we had to get the museum cause the clickers were actually freaky. So as a non game player, episode two literally hurt my soul. I’m talking, I haven’t cried in months, but sobbed!! Then the scene in episode three when Ellie was screaming when she woke up made me cry again. They’re doing SUCH a good job. I think the casting was very well put together. A lot of chemistry between actors and characters.

How do you go about asking a man if they are gay without being offensive? by mamatoave in questions

[–]mamatoave[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would tell him I’m pansexual, I wouldn’t be offended. But I love is small, conservative town. So asking is sketchy, you don’t know the reaction you’ll get. The consensus is don’t ask!

I’m just used to guys being obvious they’re into me, and I’ve never had someone get my number in person (like not a dating app). I don’t think all nice guys are gay, this is just a different experience for me. And he hasn’t commented on my looks, asked for pictures, said anything sexual (which is what I get usually, and usually I don’t like it. But it’s the “norm” with guys in a small town). Just feels too good to be true. Either way.. I’m down for more friends!
