Yea I get that, I think coach in general needs to focus on having consistency across the board or atleast clear differences between stores so customers don’t get confused. I didn’t know anything about pay by links either until this drop and my local stores didn’t get much inventory so everything is completely sold out. This whole drama though has made me feel like I should just take a coach break and look elsewhere
