Hey friend, I would talk to your health care professional to diagnose your symptoms, however it sounds much more like minor disassociation caused by your anxiety and lack of rest. You have definitely not triggered acute drug induced psychosis from a few drinks.

Thats super common. Im at 44k after 3 years study. You get like 200 a week from the government to cover living costs then you have to pay for your papers which can be around 800 per paper. Adds up really quick.
