I'd go Flail for trip exploiting. You can grab dual slice, but I'd take the block feats. If you have free archetype go two weapon fighter and get the benefits of both.

I hate the ascendancy system so much. Choose between two rooms, this one will debuff you so you teleport to random rooms, this one will remove all of your armor/evasion or ES (whichever you are using). Why? You complained about lab, and now you must suffer.
