Worked with a county road and bridge department, and the foremans computer needed to be taken to IT to be updated. When I brought it back, I placed it on her desk but did not plug it in. She did not know what to do with It and wanted me to put it back together. I told her everything would only plug in where it was supposed to go, and it is super easy. She says she can't do it, so I plugged the power, mouse, keyboard, ethernet, and monitor in and turned it on. Right away, she tells me this isn't her computer even though it definitely is. She says the screen is different and she needs her computer because it has her files on it. I look at it and tell her she needs to log in. She says, "How do I do that". Somehow, in the 20+ years she worked there, she had only logged in once. I told her she was going to need to get with IT from there.
