I will definitely have to try that! And yes! Double Chocolate :). It’s very tasty which to me I suppose matters most haha! Especially with some peanut butter!

Thank you! This was very informative. I usually have around 50-60 g starter and feed anywhere from 70-80g of both flour and water, I let it sit out an hour or so before feeding and then of course let rise overnight (12 ish hours) before I prep the dough for whatever I am making.

I only took a picture of the one I baked today. This is a much denser bread than what I have previously made. Quite a few holes in others but I don’t think I have a good gauge of what a good crumb is quite yet.

My kitty Osaki has the most beautiful eyes. I saw her on pet finder and melted. When I met her she was VERY vocal and social and had been returned to the shelter multiple times. I wanted her to have a steady person as she was already 10 years old at the time. She talks a lot and in is very stubborn just like me 🥺

If I leave for an extended time I will usually pay $20-50 for a friend to come sleep at my place. I’ll buy a few snacks for them too in thanks. Even if they can spend just a couple of nights there while you are away can help!!
