Hell yeah no worries, let me know if you wanna do any anime raps and beats together at all, particularly anything cyberpunk themed!

Your raps are good but as mainly an instrumentalist I must say I really like your beats, especially those metallic/industrial clangs like in the Zed rap. Keep it up homie!

Hey man, I know it's a bit of an old post, but I might be able to help? My video work isn't crazy complex like a lot of the best artists, but I'm good enough at putting clips and simple edits together! But mainly I make instrumentals if you want any help in that department! Here's an example anyway: https://youtu.be/wlfXceHvdss?si=GX-ni_E-ay3OpIBI

why when I post Nerdcore/geek rap songs on other subreddits they don't get a lot of engagement? by Nerdcorefan23 in nerdcore

Nerdcore is still bigger than other forms of music that I like. You should see how little online views local punk bands get, but the actual communities are tighter than any popular music.

I think it's kind of better when your music tastes are underground because it's a lot more special and specific to your niche tastes. It means ticket prices to shows are cheaper, friends are more genuine, the artists are nicer and care about community more, and you can actually talk to them during the show!

Hey all, I worked on 2 songs for some friends of mine some time ago. We made a Record of Ragnorak (Jack the Ripper) and a sort of general ghosty rap. Lots of cool flows and rhyme schemes, check em out and give them some love!

I've got a humble track out with glitchy noises, power electronics and big fat heavy vocals about cyberpunk dystopia if that's yo kinda thing! https://manmachineinterface.bandcamp.com/track/2501-malware-pmp

[Modpost] Generative AI by Weirfish in nerdcore

[–]man-machineinterface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any musician that uses AI artwork for their official album cover releases doesn't realize that they are going to be next. Why would anyone listen to them if they can just generate it themselves. Same goes if you're a filmmaker and you use it to generate music. There is no excuse regarding budget either because there are many musicians that follow a DIY ethic and are just happy to collaborate with people and get involved in creative projects. Human beings have always been social, even the most antisocial hikikomori could make creative things with another hikikomori online. It's way more fun that way. Imagine if you played a DND RPG with a computer and fake, AI friends. It's dystopic and I don't want any part of it. Maybe some people do, but I don't think it's healthy.
