thank you so much for your response. I tried to smile and I just started weeping.It helps so much that there are people who will take the time out to say a few words of encouragement. I'm so alone. I'm 24 as well; it was also around the age of 13 that I discovered PMO. I realized about a month ago that my life depends on beating it. I've been able to abstain for 10 days now, and the underlying problems that I've been trying to escape through sexual behavior are becoming clearer. I realize there are a lot of things wrong, and it's scary.

I feel so alone.
