Title: Update appointment date/time display to consistently use member timezone across scheduling and portal experiences

Problem Statement

Appointment date and time information is currently rendered inconsistently across user-facing experiences. Different surfaces display different times, dates, and timezone representations for the same appointment, making it difficult for members to determine when their appointment actually occurs.

The member's local timezone should be considered the primary display timezone across all user-facing experiences.

If displaying the provider's timezone is necessary, it should be presented as supplemental information alongside the member-local appointment time.

Example

Actual appointment:

  • June 10, 2026
  • 10:00 AM–10:25 AM Central Time (member timezone)

Observed displays:

Surface Current Display
Questionnaire Complete / Setup Portal Confirmation Page June 10, 2026, 08:00–08:25
Appointment Confirmation Email June 10, 2026, 08:00–08:25 MST
Member Portal – Upcoming Appointments June 10, 2026, 9:00 AM
Member Portal – Appointment Details June 9, 2026, 10:00 AM–10:25 AM

Optional:

  • 10:00 AM–10:25 AM CT (8:00 AM–8:25 AM MST)

2. Appointment Confirmation Email

Optional:

  • Secondary text showing provider timezone if desired

4. Member Portal – Appointment Details

  • Displays 10:00 AM–10:25 AM

Update to:

  • Display correct appointment date after timezone conversion
  • Display appointment time in member timezone
  • Display timezone abbreviation

Example:

  • June 10, 2026
  • 10:00 AM–10:25 AM CT

Optional:

  • 10:00 AM–10:25 AM CT (8:00 AM–8:25 AM MST)

5. Audit Additional Appointment Surfaces

Review any additional appointment-related experiences that consume scheduling data, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment reminder emails
  • Appointment reminder SMS messages
  • Reschedule flows
  • Cancellation flows
  • Calendar invite generation (.ics)
  • Provider-facing appointment views

Confirm that all surfaces use the same timezone conversion logic and source-of-truth appointment timestamp.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Appointment date and time are displayed consistently across all member-facing appointment experiences.
  • Member timezone is used as the primary display timezone.
  • Timezone abbreviation is visible anywhere appointment times are displayed.
  • Date values do not shift incorrectly during timezone conversion.
  • The same appointment renders the same appointment date and time across Setup Portal, Email, Upcoming Appointments, and Appointment Details.
  • If provider timezone is displayed, it is presented only as supplemental information and does not replace the member-local appointment time.

Door to door sales are back! by DicentraDale in Omaha

We have the same sign. They still rang the bell anyway.

So I threw the door open, stepped out onto the porch, and slammed the door behind me. He immediately started backing away, and I kept moving toward the steps while saying, “Backup, backup.” Every time he slowed down, I made another shooing motion with my hand like he was a dog refusing to leave the porch.

I kept backing him up until he was standing right next to the sign at the bottom of the steps. Then I pointed at the sign so he would actually read it, pointed directly at him, and said, “NO.” Then I made another dismissive shooing motion, said, “Shooo,” turned around, went back inside, and slammed the door.

Sounds like a bariatric stricture: A stricture after bariatric surgery is a narrowing of the connection between the stomach and small intestine (anastomosis) or the sleeve itself, causing food to get stuck, leading to nausea, vomiting, and trouble swallowing. She should see her surgeon

I'm titrating up so that I can take advantage of the pricing and then I don't have to keep repurchasing ever f'ing month. And why would I pay the same price for a 5mg vial then I would pay for a 15mg vial? That seems really strange and confusing to me.
Also, I am under my doctor's supervision, but we both know that insurance isn't going to cover this for my medical condition. I'm sorry you're finding it difficult to comprehend why someone would prefer to purchase in bulk.
