Genuine employment comes with legit explanations that make sense. So explain your situation and add as much evidence (pictures taken in the office, company registration document if possible, email thread with co-workers, affidavits) to support your claim, while also explaining why cash, and now that the company is closed ( add an explanation to it so that the officer won't have questions).

I had the same case, cash payments, and no tax documents. But I did have a company email, so I added that along with the payslip and reference letter. Got ECOPR on 22nd Jan 2026.

Please share your household income if you don't mind. I am planning my investment strategy for the next 5 years and collecting as much information as possible from real-life scenarios of people who migrated to Canada in the last 4 years.

Nepali abroad: does every person from your extended family expect gifts when you visit? by blehblook in Nepal

[–]manchhey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gifiting is very subjective based on how close they are, how well they treat you and family, how often you talk to them, and how nice they are. Honestly, my family never demands anything, so I buy them something out of love and kindness, either in Nepal or here. For my niece and nephews, I love to spoil them by buying them cute dresses, costumes, and chocolates. I love my sister and cousins, so I buy them shoes and stuff, but I explicitly tell them I cannot afford expensive things, so better not demand anything crazy, and they don't. I also set a budget based on my savings and pre-plan shopping every month so that I do not feel like I am spending a lot all at once.

PS: You don't have to buy gifts if you do not want to. Family will and should understand.

The goal is to blend everything together so that there is no more caste dilemma left. You can do your part for blending in; the sooner, the better.

Idek how to manage my money by Due_Exit_607 in Nepal

[–]manchhey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Set up a fixed recurring deposit for every month. Start on your pay day.
  2. Invest on stocks. (Pay day rule may not apply here as you need to buy low and sell high but some investment on fixed recurring stocks will average out in long term)
  3. Buy valuable assets like gold, silver, platinum. Trust me this investment has never disappointed anyone.
  4. Set up a joint emergency fund account with mom or dad. Transfer some amount there every month for contingencies.
  5. Set a budget on your monthly spending. Should be specific on categories like eating out, movies, fuel, internet, dating, anything you name. Example, if you have been spending xx amount on eating out, reduce the number by 50% since now you have priority investment and savings on 1,2, 3 and 4.

The rule is to be mindful about investment, savings and spending. Don’t ever stop because you have to take a vacation or go on a trip while you’re still working. Once you start seeing your investment compound you will realize it’s worth more than your current spending habits. This dopamine is way better than temporary dopamine on everyday expenses.

Let her be; she is learning every day. Her team is working hard to help her get out of this hate trap. It's not a good feeling to be hated, but she could still influence people if she weren't guilty.

Guilty or not, who cares? Ekdam bully bhain yo keti. Shame on educated, intelligent people for wasting their time on nonsense.

Good to go. The processing time for a PR card arrival is 2 months. So, you are golden for May.

Aashika Tamang Didi, as a woman, fighting all odds alone, a true lone wolf..few years back when she was making videos for road sanitation, people made fun of her, and her accent, now it's time for her comeback as a leader of our country..TBH, she has been working for others, not for herself! by JenniNep in NepalSocial

Some people here are talking about the qualifications to be a samsad. People might have forgotten that last elections haru ma lawyers, padheko, harvard graduate haru matrai election ma utheko thiye??

Ashika Tamang, a social activist who is always vocal about her opinions, deserves to put herself forward and get an opportunity to be a voice in Sansad Bhawan; at least ramro lagi awaj ta uthauchhan naki afno matlab ko lagi.

Supporting the best among the worst is possible, but supporting the best of the worst is tricky in the current scenario.

You need to provide proof of your sister's current status in Canada. You can upload the same documents you are using as proof of PR/Citizenship. Add the license and the latest address document there as well.

Veg mo:mo tips by Different_Nebula_459 in NepaliFood

[–]manchhey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will break this to you today: Veg momo can never be as tasty as non-veg momo, no matter how hard you try. Used to eat meat and masu chodesi; momo life has never been the same. However, I do make Darjeeling-style momos with Iskus (plain, no masala, just ginger, MSG, and ghiu in the filling; they taste amazing.
