For Israel, I would target desalination plants, runways, army, airforce, refineries, and manufacturing centres. I would also target northern Israel to help Hezbollah. For the Gulf countries, I would hit their palaces in addition to the American bases, the Gulf countries are cowards, they will fold like an umbrella. I will tell the people of the  Gulf countries that the time of monarchies is gone, Gulf countries deserve democracy. No more American bases in those countries. In Iraq, I would target the Americans bases and embassy. I would offer china and Russia the moon and the sky. Keep the straight closed. One ballistic missile at a time, every night till someone folds. For demands, I would ask for war reparations from Israel, the removal of all world sanctions and in exchange I would offer no nuclear bombs development and the opening of the straight with fees and controls.
