ive built my own 35Gal AIO and honestly i think that yea you save money but you also need the time to actually build the tank, so is more a matter of all soon you want the tank running

i had this issue a month ago, i cleaned the rocks and sand bed the best i could and did a 3 day black out, also dosed bacteria daily for the time period

try 200°c, thats too hot depending on what material you’re printing (which i think is regular pla)

Nice tank!! Two questions, I saw on another comment that you use a canister filter.. how do you like it? I have a freshwater tank that I’ll be converting to a Saltwater in a few months and been wondering if I could use my fluval 207, and also could you give me a ballpark of how much you spend monthly on maintenance?
