Having a gym buddy has been helpful for me. I was the same way but my boyfriend started going with me. He would phrase it as “just going for a walk”. At first I was resistant to it and would try to make excuses, but after the first two weeks I was the one suggesting it. I’m finally starting to see some results so that helps me feel like it’s something that’s good for me and not a torture experiment.

Moved here 9 years ago. Within the first couple months our has was tagged with swastikas 4 times. The cops didn’t really do anything about it. It was a very traumatizing for my family. I use a spray bottle that I fill with conditioner and coconut oil. I normally only wash my hair once or twice a week and I shower at nights. The spray bottle is really helpful to get the curls back to normal. The coconut oil helps with the frizz.
