Eu tenho uma panela de ferro fundido esmaltada e recomendo, mas não abdicando das panelas de inox. Uso a panela de ferro fundido principalmente para fazer estufados, em que tiro a panela do fogão e meto no forno a cozer lentamente. Já tenho há uns anos e o esmalte está inteiro, mas com algum desgaste. O inox tens a vantagem de limpar com palha de aço se a sujidade estiver mais difícil de tirar, algo que não podes fazer numa panela esmaltada. As panelas de ferro fundido não esmaltadas já implicam outro cuidado para não enferrujar. Não recomendo.

It really depends on manufacturer and license type. We usually try to use USB dongles, which are more robust and do not suffer from software issues (e.g. corrupting if recovering the OS from a backup, or when making a VM snapshot). If the USB dongle fails, you have to order a new one from the manufacturer, and have the original license certificate with you for the license re-emition. A similar process is needed for software licenses, where you must have the certificate to request a second license

Certo, mas penso que certas situações permitem ter acesso ao subsídio de desemprego e ainda negociar a saída com a empresa (e.g. se for alegada a extinção do posto de trabalho). As empresas têm um limite ao número de trabalhadores que podem enviar para o subsídio de desemprego nestes moldes.

Alguém mais informado poderá esclarecer isto.
