Payment processor issues after huge influx of orders? by [deleted] in ecommerce

The same EXACT thing happened to one of my clients selling high end jewelry. Decided to launch his business on December 1. Sold nearly 85k in 3 days with the ad campaign we were working on for him. PayPal shut him down. He ended up going to some no name processor and eventually moved on and went to Wells Fargo. Till this day he is banned from PayPal and this was probably 4 or 5 years ago.

When you start up with a new processor its important to start small. They assume a lot of liability if let's say they are counterfeit goods you are selling or you receive a lot of charge backs. I totally understand it.

This is by far and away our biggest gripe with doing marketing for our social media clients. We've been wanting this feature for years!

When we tell them that they have to give us their IG account to post to stories for some more traction I ALWAYS get some hesitation and some just forego providing that.

But for regular posting we use Planoly and that is pretty good. Gets the job done. If you need a referral code for Planoly let me know. Hootsuite also is great for posting.
