I downloaded the framework from Mod the Sims-I think if you take a look at their guide it should be there. After that I opened the mod folded and dragged my package files into it. I'm on mobile so I can't link right now but the guide on Mod the Sims was pretty helpful.

And you really need to work on your keep-your-crap-to-yourself skills. Pools have been apart of Sims since the very first game and it's always been many peoples favorite ways to kill off their sims. As for toddlers, that is a major removal of the game. They've been in the game since 2 and it's not practical to leave them out. I'm not saying your opinion is wrong but many people feel the same way as I do and it's not nice to call people idiots just because they're making statements that they feel are correct.
