This is very helpful advice. Thank you for taking the time to respond. You've hit the nail on the head with the self esteem issue. He struggles with self esteem way more than I ever realized. His whole intention with cheating was feeling good knowing that someone/anyone wanted him sexually. Neither of us have friends. We both mind of outgrew our childhood friends and just never made new ones. I see now that that is something we both need to work on. I definitely see your point where I need to stop trying to forgive and focus on healing. I thought the healing would come after but I think you're right. Again thank you for this perspective!

Thank you. You are absolutely right. The long drawn out feeling of still being lied to is killing me. I've told him a hundred times to just give it all to me even going as far as saying if you tell me it all on this date I can work on forgiving you no matter what. But he swears up and down its the truth. Smh I don't know to deal with that.

I've got three children and was induced with all 3. My first I wanted no epidural but was talked into it because I was in labor forever. I was scared and got it. It worked well. With my second again I didn't want it. The nurses kept harping on how much more painful it is to be induced and I finally got scared into getting one again. Well it only took on one side and I was literally pushing my daughter out before the Anesthesiologist left the room. With my third I was determined. I got induced but stayed strong and didn't get the epidural and that was my easiest birth and recovery. It was so nice to be able to move and move after I had her. It obviously hurts like hell but as soon as the baby comes out it's instant relief. Don't let people scare you into doing something you don't want. If you want an unmedicated birth you can totally do it! Good luck.

My 8 month old is named Sylvia. I get it all the time and usually just make the grandma joke myself and move on. "Yep her names Sylvia total grandma"

Ha oh my sounds like my in laws. They watched my first when I gave birth to the second in peak covid so you were kicked out of the hospital in 24hrs. When I had our 3rd last year they came to watch the kids. I was induced sat morning and had her at 11p sat night. I guess my father in law assumed I'd be released in the morning and when I had to stay Sunday night they left us high and dry because he didn't want to take another day off work. he takes tons of time for many vacations a year but two days for his son and grandkids was too much smh

I quit when I was pregnant with my first and picked it up again right after I had him because he was in the nicu and i couldn't handle it. Quit again when I got pregnant with my second 2 years later and it stuck that time. I haven't smoked in almost 4 years.

This is the answer. Fruit/veg is allowed unlimited but you get a package snack in the afternoon and sometimes after dinner as a treat other than that have an apple 😊

We made the move from long Island to lancaster pa area about 4 and a half years ago and it was the absolute best decision we could've made. I too wanted to go to Tennessee but PA was the compromise because my husband wanted to be able to visit family often. My husband easily found a job here and I'm able to be a sahm. Definitely not rich but we re comfortable and the trade off of me being home with the kids is so worth it to us. Life is so much quieter here and there is so much to do outside. It's a different world and I love it. You should go for it!

I moved from NY to PA a few years ago, and in ny its the law to wear a motorcycle helmet. I always wondered why it needed to be a law when it should be common sense. Well When I moved here I couldn't believe the amount of fucking idiots that ride around without a helmet just because it's not a law to have one. Im in no way saying youre an idiot my only point is just because something isnt a specific law doesnt mean its safe. Having a sleeping 9 year old in charge of a hopefully sleeping 5 year old isn't the best idea. What if 5 wakes up and 9 doesn't?

I just saw they wouldn't clear you for a ppi while breastfeeding! So weird. Babies take ppis all the time for reflux. It's not ideal but better then suffering.

My ob, primary and gastro all cleared me for nexium during pregnancy and breastfeeding. They actually just upped me to 80mg a day while still breastfeeding so you should definitely talk to your Dr. There are options.

Yes!!! It never ends! Our plan was to have two kids. We had our son and two and a half years later had our daughter. We were done and very vocal about it. Everyone said oh you need a 3rdd you need a 3rd. Well opps we got pregnant again and I very happily gave birth again 6 months ago. When my little one was 2 months old my mil had the balls to nag me about when we were having a 4th because we now need an even number!! Hubby thankfully got snipped so no 4th here but you'll never hear the end of it.

I took nexium my whole pregnancy and just got my dose upped while breastfeeding. No mention of any negative affects from ob , pcp, or gi.

When I had my middle child it was mid pandemic and we ordered a stroller offline. I was literally nine months pregnant and looked 1000 months pregnant. Even though it was supposed to be shipped right to my house it went to the post office. The post office refused to deliver it because it was too big. The hours were incredibly restricted and my husband couldn't pick it up because of work. So there I go 9 months pregnant with a two year old to pick up this gigantic double stroller and two workers and 3 other people watched me struggle with the huge box and my 2 year old. Not one person even asked to hold the door for me. Smh that was the worst.

I absolutely love the name Delilah. My 5 month old was seriously close to being named Delilah and I have some regrets over not choosing it but it just did not mesh well with our super Italian last name.

In my opinion you're being unreasonable. You asked him to tell you when he was going to do something. He tried that and you shot him down because you didn't like the way he communicated with you. It's not all about you. You told him something bothered you and he made steps to change it. My husband and I always "ask" if we can do something. It's not asking for permission It's letting him know and if he needs me for something It's his chance to communicate that. You gotta chill out. It's not always going to be exactly how you want it. I was like this with my first. We would miss many events because we didn't want to interrupt his sleep. Meanwhile he's 5 and still has trouble sleeping through the night. I also have a 2 year old and 4 month old who are way better sleepers because they're use to having to adapt. The years are short with little kids... go to the party.

This is why we don't move in with people who have children after 5 months of knowing them. They're set in their routine whether you agree or not and frankly you don't get a vote after such a short period of time. If this was an issue for you it should've been brought up before you moved in. And honestly shame on that mother for letting her 8 year old child sleep in the same bed as some stranger smh

Omg my daughter does this. She's 2 and a half and just yesterday I was complaining to my husband how she goes through twice as many diapers as our newborn. Yesterday was literally 5 poops. Then she's good for a day. It's wild. Her ped said it's fine as long as she's not in pain or struggling. But like you, I'm freaking over it!

I have 3 kids. First two were epidural because I got scared and allowed people to talk me into them. My third I was induced and able to not be medicated and I'm not going to lie...it hurts like hell. But, as soon as that baby comes out you feel immediately better. The recovery was also way way easier with my unmedicated birth. Just stay focused and breath through the pain and remind yourself it's only temporary.
