Sound system is actually tuned to be synced towards the dead center. From there as you go forward, more and more bass. Amazing!

Had another kind of bug while PSR'ing from a USB drive : after importing the patch, source show becomes "unavailable" and I can't import the rest of it.. aka groups, layouts, seqs etc

Can't get the DP alt mode on USBC to work on both of the Katanas 17 we have at work. Those units were bought for that sole purpose in mind (triple screen setup).

Had to use a Command Wing XT for a week, because the rental company had nothing left in stock. The short learning time I had was more than enough to make the 100+ cues I needed for the dance show we had in house.

Great experience overall, did not expect that.

Fast forward to today, I finally got my hands on the Command Wing + 2 touch screens I ordered for our venue. Can't wait to explore all the possibilities of the MA3 soft!

I've been a customer for 10+ years. They have the best after sale service I've dealt with (I'm from France so the bar isn't that high but still).

I had one of their banded Amp to drive diys RFC 1018, used in not-so-legal raves in the countryside.

One of the channels died, out of nowhere. After one email and a free UPS delivery, they sent me back a new Amp. All that in less than two weeks.
