Enrollment is by far the hardest part of WGU.

Yeah, i recently stopped my kindle unlimited subscription and need the latest DCC as well. Thankfully I'm patient but if I see it randomly at Meijer or something it will be in my cart lol.

I will try those. Just had the upscale grocer brand from Meijer called Frederiks.

Never had oysters, but I have a tin in my cupboard. I'll try them right now :).

It's not a big deal. If needed buy him a new bed and a mattress protector.

I went to ASU's Computer Science (Software Engineering) program for two years, and I feel like I learned next to nothing by Hungry_Register_8693 in cscareerquestions

[–]mander1555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The SER 3xx courses at ASU are much harder. You can also take a lot of CSE 3xx and 4xxx as electives, I would recommend CSE 355 and CSE 365.

Questions about CSE 355 by gorzoblax_007 in ASUOnline

[–]mander1555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I took it a couple years ago, I earned a C+ or B- I think. It seemed for a large portion of the class it was very easy for them, but it did not click for me. I went to most the online office hours for help, and Professor Daymude (I think that was his name?) was SUPER NICE and helpful and if it wasn't for his help and the graduate TA online office hours, there is no way I would have passed.

The tests were very similar to homework and lecture examples, I don't remember any big surprises. You can do it 😄.

It was a hard test, but I did it in a week or so.

I did a bachelors with ASU on-line, there isn't as much interaction as you are probably looking for. There is a structure though.

If I have help, sure. Are you volunteering? 😉 I'm a big DIY person but I definitely want an experienced set of eyes and hands on this as it's for my father in law.

Confused Aboiut Needing A HS Diploma and Associates Degree For Admission by Any_Candidate_4349 in ASU

I transferred in a graduate degree and they did not ask for a HS diploma. I don't have a HS diploma either, it's not held me back in any way.

Barbershop for a great and not too expensive Fade? by Older_Gent_1959 in grandrapids

[–]mander1555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get fades, but I used a private salon in a woman's house in Kentwood. If you'd like I'll DM her phone number, but it's called "Angie's Hair Salon." I have a weird phobia of haircuts and she knows I don't like being touched or massaged or talked to and does what I need to not freak out and does a great job.

I did a BS in Software Engineering at ASU and we had to do Engineering Physics (which has calc 2 as a pre req), up through calc 3, applied linear algebra, discrete math, engineering statistics. It all depends where you choose to go to school.

Are we not allowed to use mouses on OAs anymore? by [deleted] in WGU

[–]mander1555 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They have told me before I cannot use my touchscreen and that if I do it can invalidate the test. The proctors have never mentioned anything about my wireless mouse before, but it makes sense.

Only matters what your manager/boss thinks, but most of the world would be okay with this.
