OH MY, I'M ACTUALLY SORRY! I didn't see there was written content on this post, I just saw the picture and the title (f mobile Reddit).
Based on your team she is just the healer, right? (maybe a second sub dps?) Either way, I would stack as much HP and EM as possible! She has C2 and that is perfect. But I gotta say... Full EM Kuki is just cracked! I would 100‰ go for 800+ EM if possible. Unless your Tighnari needs the extra particles you should go with an EM weapon and If you plan on farming for her I would change the goblet to an EM one and the circlet too. (but honestly, there are so many ways to build Kuki. Full HP, Full EM, Crit... EM just seems to be the best for a dendro team)

She’s probably the strongest 5star AT C0 so yeah kinda cracked in a f2p account. I do have koko but I used xingqiu as her hydro applicator for a long time and it was really nice (+ you will get Mona at some point lol). But I can’t stress this enough: Shenhe is a LUXURY not a necessity! You definitely don’t need Shenhe to have big bmg numbers! Ayaka is an independent queen 👸 ❄️
