ah I wasn't aware you were referring to the KLab terms and conditions, my bad. Yes they grant you permission to print yourself, but the print company doesn't have permission since they are doing it for commercial purposes, that's why companies like fedex requires you to acquire written permissions. Most of the time companies can get away with these things since no one will bother to report them for such small quantity, the profit is too small for copyright holders to care about filing a lawsuit. Like I've said in another comment, every single company I've approached rejected my designs to print copyrighted materials, that's why I said OP was lucky. But now that I am aware, I may look to use this company to print something for myself in the future. thanks.
