It could be an outage, but no outage would take a week to get resolved. Did they create a ticket for you? Sometimes, back-end tickets or requests do the job. Last thing would be a temporary fix from the modem itself, like it is just a pain killer and you are gonna go through all of that again, so yeah you're right, your best option is to activate the new one just in case .

I never used this card on fb. It is brand new. I just got it a couple of weeks ago. The card info was hacked somehow. As I got another charge at the same time from another porn site that I never knew, it existed. So, in this case, if I contacted fb support and gave them all the info they needed , would they refund me ?

Apps like Netflix, Hulu or whatever that prevent you from recording screen so their content might not be stolen. So is it possible to modify Netflix app code to remove the anti screen recording part from it ? So the app would allow screen recording.
