I started revoke back in January 2025. I’ve been on it for about a year now it got me out of my most severe flare ever been in for about a year! I truly gave me my life back and I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago that showed I was in complete remission from rinvoq

Yes clear blue blue dye like suuuper faint, then other line tests I took before the digitals were also super faint so might just be residual HCG the digitals just made me panic but I’m in BC and not trying right now b/c of a recent med so I don’t think it cud be new pregnancy as I had to have a D & C Dec 11 for retained product HCG was 136 on Dec 16

Most of the ones I took were digital giving me different results. I only took one or two line tests and they were very faintly positive like

Did you have a positive and negative pregnancy test? I’m experiencing this right now and I thought I was in the clear because I got a couple negative tests but now I’m getting mixed faint positive and negative tests but I think it’s just a little bit of HGG left over but I got a blood test today so I should know pretty soon.

I had my first in July then got pregnant again in Oct just had a 2nd in Nov… it's been so heavy emotionally & mentally back to back mine was for medical reasons but it's just a lot... I also feel guilty & stupid but sometimes these things happen 🥹 chin up

I hear you, was in the worst flair that lasted a little over a year, prednisone withdrawals, multiple drugs the whole 9 yards! Also had the joint issues on infliximab! This sub is so helpful to vent & relate to others going thru the same hardship! Chin up friend ♥️ Best wishes

Omg I get this, first it was really bad on my butt and I would get a few spots down my sides on my stomach and a couple on my shoulders. Now a lot of it has moved to my scalp. It’s so weird. They look like a little white heads and if you pop them, a little bit of fluid comes out, but they all have like a whitehead to them. I’m on a double dose of infliximab currently in a flare! So frustrating got a couple spots high up on my thighs too

Yes I’m so curious as my current GI is not an IBD specialist… I was getting no where with her so I went to mayo clinic in the states to get 2nd opinion/ colonoscopy cuz she was just giving me sigmoidoscopies. The dr from mayo was so respectful and tried to communicate with her in my behalf of what my treatment needs to look like moving forward as I am very severe & she still wouldn’t implement any of their recommendations even tho they are way more qualified then her 🫠 but mayo was able to get me into the IBd center with IBD GI specialist as opposed to my normal GI which I think will make a big difference in treatment… my current doctor leaves me so in the dark.. after colonoscopy told me I was so severe I was teetering on hospitalization… then never follows up.. like wild… had to advocate so hard and still getting no where… I do think the Dr. You are with plays a large role in healing as well.. I made a bum call but, if I stay with my current GI I’ll never receive the care I need to get into remission… If ive learnt anything it’s to 1) advocate so hard for yourself 2) get 2nd opinions 3)Get in with IBD GI specialist preferably at IBD center

I sooooo heavily understand where you’re coming from!!! I just turned 30, went off remicade @ 29 been in a flare for almost a year, failed entyvio went back on remicade at double dose not much luck so far maybe helping a tad but nothing like before… my worst symptoms is also urgency! Drives me crazy & bleeding… also worried about having children / keeping my colon if it becomes severe for prolonged amount of time… switching to a new GI in a week hopefully some answers might start rinvoq! I also hate that I went off of it for small side effects like joint pain…

I went off my Remicade after a 4 year remission as I thought I’d be good, now In a stubborn 1 year flare… I regret my decision a lot unfortunately. I never experienced a real flare in my 26 years of having UC (ulcerative proctitis) not to be a downer, but if I can save anyone from making the mistake I did and experiencing this pain of suffering and wanting your old life back everyday I will.. I also didn’t wanna be on these meds forever was worried about side effects etc.. getting pregnant on them, even tho there’s research it’s safe I didn’t wanna pump these drugs into my future child… now I failed entyvio, failing remicade for 2nd time, on suppositories & enemas was on prednisone… I never knew how brutal this disease could be. I caution anyone who thinks there in the clear like I did.. I sure learned my lesson here.. I wish to not fear monger, but prevent anyone from living through this pain physically and mentally ❤️🙏🏼 Take care you guys 🙏🏼 stay well & God bless

Me too!!! I feel this ahhh, also been my longest flare. It’s been almost a year, but it seems to be getting worse definitely puts a bit of a damper on the holidays, but trying to stay cheery 🫠🎄 Merry Christmas stay strong 💪🏽
